Biography
Get to Know Author Manuel Romero
Manuel Romero is a storyteller at heart and a lifelong advocate for community, culture, and education. Born in the small village of Rodarte, New Mexico, Manuel’s journey took him from the University of Utah to graduate studies in Mexico City, and eventually to a master’s degree in political science from the University of New Mexico. Along the way, he gathered not only academic credentials but a deep understanding of the complex intersections between history, politics, and identity.
Whether in the classroom or out in the field, he brings warmth, insight, and a genuine desire to uplift the voices of those often left out of the narrative.
